NEXAPROMPT sells digital goods. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, specific rules apply to digital content purchases. This policy explains your rights clearly.
The product is technically defective and does not function as described — e.g. a system prompt contains corrupted text or is missing significant content compared to the product description. Contact us within 30 days of purchase with your transaction hash and a description of the defect.
The product was not delivered within 48 hours of confirmed payment and you have not received it after contacting us.
You were charged the wrong amount due to a pricing error on our part, subject to verification.
Change of mind after delivery. Once a digital product has been delivered, the 14-day cancellation right is waived (as permitted under Regulation 37(2) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations), as you acknowledged at the time of purchase.
Dissatisfaction with AI outputs generated using our prompts. AI model outputs vary based on factors we do not control (model version, temperature, user input). Our products are the prompts themselves, not AI-generated outputs.
The product was delivered as described but did not achieve business results you expected. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
All approved refunds are issued in Bitcoin (BTC) to a wallet address you provide. We cannot issue refunds via any other method. Refund processing time is 1–5 business days after approval. Network fees are non-refundable.
If you are unhappy with our decision, you have the right to escalate to the relevant consumer protection body or seek legal advice. UK consumers may also contact Citizens Advice or the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
